U.S-China Trade Relationship

Trade in America has a huge impact on our economy. So much so that trade between the US and China represented about 7.3% of all trade in the US. The US-China trade relationship actually supports roughly 2.6 million jobs in the United States across a range of industries, including jobs that Chinese companies have created in America. -By 2030 US exports to China are expected to rise to more than $520 billion

-US exports to China directly and indirectly supported 1.8 million new jobs and $165 billion in GDP in 2015.

-China purchased $165 billion in goods and services from the United States in 2015, representing 7.3 percent of all US exports and about 1 percent of total US economic output.

-China is expected to continue to be one of the fastest growing major economies, creating growth opportunities for American companies
